Responsibility:
Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reconciliation of accounts.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts. Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Perform regular bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of the company’s financial position.
Assist in the preparation of documents and reports for internal and external audits.
Vendor & Client Coordination: Liaise with vendors and clients for payments, purchases, and resolving any discrepancies.
Generate and maintain monthly financial reports and other management information system (MIS) reports as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel).

• Checked Guidelines to Allocate Country.
• Checked Documents before working on dossier.
• Co-ordinate with various department (R &D, QC, QA PRODUCION) to collect required input for regulatory submission.
• Prepared art work pack insert and text matter.
• Dossier submission to ensure registration in allocate country.
• Checking product samples as per artwork and dispatching for registration.
• Preparation tender
• Row Countries-Regulatory authorities such as African, west Africa, Latin America, Philippines, Sri-lanka and CIS Country.
• Reviewing and updating documents receiving from plant.
• Dispatching sample for registration and re-registration.
• Handling drug authority’s queries.
• Review technical documents
• Keeping the record of registration status for all country.
• Notarization/ Apostille documents as per country requirements.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
Proficiency in regulatory documentation (e.g., IND, NDA, ANDA, MAA).
Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams (e.g., R&D, quality assurance, production, marketing).
Typically, 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related fields in the pharmaceutical industry.
